BISHOP BORLABI BORTEY DEDICATES EIGHT LOCKABLE STORES AT ABOSSEY OKAI

The Methodist Bishop of Accra Diocese, the Rt Rev
Emmanuel Borlabi Bortey has officiated a brief ceremony to dedicate eight
lockable stores at Abossey Okai in Accra.
The stores which were officially opened on Sunday,
July 31, 2022 forms part of a GHS 2.2 million two-storey building project being
undertaken by the St Luke Methodist Church, Abossey Okai to mark the Church’s centenary
anniversary this year.
Bishop Borlabi Bortey was joined by the Lay
Chairman of the Accra Diocese, Sis Agatha Nana Ama Ennin Osei and the
Superintendent Minister of the Abossey Okai Circuit, the Very Rev Isaac
Etuah-Jackson at the dedication ceremony. Also present was Sis Christiana Aku
Odoi, a past Lay Chairman of the Accra Diocese as well as leaders and members
of the St Luke Methodist Church.
The stores which are strategically located at
Abossey Okai, a famous hub for automobile spare parts and scrap dealership in Ghana’s capital city are available for
rental.
The entire two-story project is expected to be
completed by December 2023.
